Owing to this demand, The Attitude Club, Phuket trust on the service quality of Two Villas Holiday Co., Ltd, which was managed by the Managing Director who has a lot of experience of the large scaled cooperation management in Bangkok for over 15 years.
Two Villas Holiday was established in 2006 and growing-up in the market of the estate management & individual villa management. We discovered the idea for our villa’s owners who always pay on the monthly expenditure for their house maintenance works such as cleaning, gardening, swimming pool and preventive technician services. Therefore we attempted tofind-out how make our homeowner feel satisfy when they leave their villa to us.
Owing to this concept, we positioned to be the role player in arranging proposal for holiday rental program in order to propose to villa owner to join the short/long-term rental program and we called under the name of “Two Villas Holiday” and we are arranging on the Villa Rental over 50 villas in Two Villas Project now a day. Year 2016 Two Villas Holiday Co., Ltd. establish brand “Brown Starling” which focus solely on pool villa management and begin work outside the attitude group with 3 keys areas;
